Contact Strategy Assessment and Planning
Many of our clients do not know where to begin their journey toward
building more profitable and sustaining relationships with their
customers. Clients are typically overwhelmed by the daunting tasks

analyze, and how to go about determining where they should be
applying their precious marketing resources. CCI generally begins
