Analytical Assessments
CCI’s data analysis tool-kit encompasses a very broad area of data
collection methodologies and analytic techniques. We believe that,
correctly orchestrated, Marketing Research and Behavioral Analysis
are the keys to discerning fact from fiction, particularly when it
comes to understanding what customers think and will do. Our
approach to data management and mining varies dramatically depending
on the needs of our client and the business problem we are trying to
solve. However, our experience in designing and conducting primary
research (i.e. focus groups, executive interviews, quantitative
surveys, etc.) and behavioral analyses (i.e. predictive modeling,
pattern recognition, critical event detection, etc.) is very deep
and reaches across a broad range of industries and applications.
CCI also offers a proprietary Analytical Assessment to companies who
have their own internal research and analysis capabilities. Often
our clients’ question whether or not they are optimizing the use of
these resources or getting the return on investment that they have
made in their data warehousing and/or analytical platforms. In some
cases, it is more a question if they have their analytical team
focused on the right business problem, with the right data and the
appropriate kind of technique. In other cases, it may be a question
of performance - ensuring that the research and analysis they are
performing providing lift in terms of their marketing, sales or
service results.
