Welcome to Customer Contact Insights, Inc. or CCI, as we
sometimes refer to ourselves. We are a consulting practice whose
mission is solely focused on helping our clients to build longer,
more profitable relationships with their customers. At CCI, we
believe that every time a company touches a prospect or customer
it is an opportunity to establish rapport, but as important – to
learn from that interaction. “Insights” gained from customer
marketing, sales and service contacts enable us to create more
intelligent interactions and positive customer experiences – that
